Beginning Feb. 1, the Georgetown County Building Department is no longer handling permits for the Town of Pawleys Island. If you have an active permit that was issued by the County, we will continue to administer the permit through project completion and the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. For all new building permits, please contact the Town of Pawleys Island. Permit information and applications can be obtained on the Town's website.
